The assessment provides the analysis of the environment and helps to identify areas for improvement and the remediation services provide the technical knowledge and resources to apply the recommended changes. Together, and performed regularly, these services can help improve an organizations security posture and reduce potential exposure.

Proofpoint remediation services provides the technical resources necessary to implement the recommendations in a Health Check Assessment. This service will include a kickoff meeting to review the Health Check assessment and actions items, review of the process, implementing the recommended changes to the environment and a post action report. Once completed, an action report will be provided of the steps taken and any further recommendations.

• Review of non-configured “Grey” settings
• Remediation of the Proofpoint environment to address identified deficiencies
• Update Proofpoint environment to address “Grey” changes
• Delivery Presentation: Provide an in-depth presentation of the Health Check Report lasting up to 1 hour, offering insights and recommendations derived from the assessment.
• Post-Report Remediation Sessions: Conduct up to three 2-hour remediation sessions within 30 days of Health Check Report delivery, focusing on addressing identified deficiencies and implementing necessary changes to enhance the Proofpoint environment. These sessions aim to collaboratively refine the system based on the findings and recommendations outlined in the report.
